Changelog

We redesigned the mobile project page to make the next step easier to spot. You’ll now see a single project title, a clearer progress card, swipeable photo and mockup thumbnails, and a simpler Project info list. We also fixed Mockups counts so they reflect signs with a mockup.

We’ve streamlined the color picker to make selecting and searching colors quicker and easier. You can now search across color libraries, switch between library chips, and view matching results more clearly in a more compact layout.

We’ve improved the names of files downloaded from Vuely so they’re easier to read and recognize. Proposal PDFs, surveys, mockups, photos, and other exports now follow a more consistent naming style that keeps client names, accents, and useful details intact.

We’ve smoothed how content appears across Vuely. Pages and sections now fade in more naturally as they load, images appear once they’re ready, and a few jumpy layout changes have been cleaned up. You’ll also notice smoother transitions in the gallery viewer, proposal previews, and a handful of other spots.

We’ve made mockup photos easier to use on mobile. The photo controls are now consolidated, zoom hints no longer appear on touch screens, and you can swipe between camera angles on phones. We also updated gallery full-screen navigation so it moves through a mockup’s angles before advancing to the next item.

Photo cleanup now removes entire business signs by default, including letters, cabinets, raceways, backers, mounting hardware, monuments, and pylons. Traffic, parking, accessible parking signs, address numbers, and flags stay in place. If you only want to remove the sign faces, you can still choose that option from the cleanup menu.

Shaped backer panels are now included in price estimates instead of requiring a hand quote. Pricing now uses the panel’s outline size, so proposals and refine specs show these panels with the rest of the estimate.

You can now download survey photos directly from the photo viewer, with options for marked-up versions when available. We also updated the survey step and survey page layout to reduce scrolling and make checklist, notes, and actions easier to reach.

We now render trim cap details directly on channel-letter artwork and text lines, so what you see in the editor matches the image sent to AI. Trim cap also follows shape-based channel letters when it’s turned on.

We’ve upgraded mockups and AI photo edits to improve realism while keeping customer designs accurate. You will notice better day and night mockups, as well as improved vision for image cleanups image enhancement, and refinements!

We’ve made Quick Builder more approachable with cleaner section disclosure, clearer summaries, and faster navigation through your proposal settings.

Vuely has a new design that puts the next step on every job front and center, with the rest always one click away. It’s rebuilt for phones, with clearer project views, faster access to site surveys and mockups, and a simpler black-and-white interface that uses color only where it matters.

You can now reposition an individually focused raceway or other mount without moving its attached artwork. Selecting the full assembly still moves everything together, so you can place mounts more precisely while preserving existing relationships and undo/redo behavior.

We’ve improved how the sign composition editor handles hover and click targeting in grouped layouts, so exposed mounts can be selected directly when visible through artwork gaps. Visible artwork continues to behave as expected.

You can now drag artwork and part rows onto an existing mount group in the editor to assign or move items more easily.

We’ve streamlined feedback submission with a compact composer that’s faster to use

We’ve made mockup geometry QA non-blocking so your day mockups are delivered faster and with fewer unnecessary retries. If a mockup looks off, you can still regenerate it or approve it as-is from the notice in the UI. Mockup generation failures happen less often, and will be delivered quicker.

We've enhanced our day/night dual-color film option, ensuring your signs display as opaque black during the day and beautifully lit white at night. This update provides more accurate visual representations for both day and night mockups, reflecting the true physical behavior of the material.

You can now iterate and refine your existing mockups without consuming additional organization quota. Only initial mockup generations will count towards your usage, making iterative design more flexible.

We've completely revamped our in-app guidance to make learning Vuely easier and more reliable. Discover quick answers with our new contextual Help button on every page, and enjoy a smoother welcome tour along with helpful mini-tips as you explore.

We've brought back the "Remove Background" button in the sign configuration editor, conveniently located next to the crop tool. This allows you to easily remove backgrounds from your artwork, with changes now applying specifically to your current composition without affecting the shared library. You can also process multiple artworks more smoothly.

Our automated quality assurance sometimes flags mockups that are actually good. You can now review these QA-rejected candidates and approve them directly from the failed mockup page. Approving a day image will automatically queue night mode generation if your original request included it.

We've enhanced the accuracy and dynamism of asset cross-section details. Cross-sections now dynamically adjust based on your inputs, providing precise visual representations for various asset types.

We've implemented technical refinements to improve the reliability of image display and ensure a smoother experience when editing text in proposals. These updates enhance overall app stability and performance.
