Mockup Editor: Enhanced Selection and Live Backer Movement

We've made two key improvements to the mockup editor. You can now easily select raceways even when they are covered by other sign elements. Additionally, backer panels will now move and resize smoothly with their associated text or artwork during drag and resize, providing a more fluid editing experience.
