Changelog

You can now upload more artwork file types in Vuely, including PDF, Illustrator (AI), EPS, and CorelDRAW (CDR) files. These uploads are converted for preview and processing, so you can keep using your original artwork files while getting a usable vector preview in the app.

Proposals have been redesigned with clean, professional layouts built around the way sign shops present their work. New landscape sheets give your designs and project details room to shine, so you can send customers a polished proposal straight from Vuely.

Start with the automatic layout, then make it your own. Move and resize images, add text and photos, and save reusable templates to keep your proposals consistent across projects.

You can now create prospect proofs with an example building from Vuely’s library instead of uploading a site photo first. Example buildings are scaled and checked by staff, so your mockups stay to size and can flow into a pricing-off proposal.

You can now generate multiple camera views for mockups with the click of a button, adjust each view independently, and refine day and night versions separately.

Vuely now includes an Ask assistant in the Help sheet, so customers can ask how-to and “where is it” questions and get step-by-step guidance with direct links to the right place in the app.

Vuely now sends notifications more selectively, so you’re notified about the things that matter to you. You can also control in-app, push, and email notifications in Preferences, with new options for key project, survey, deal, and billing updates. The notification bell now uses a cleaner unread indicator, and supported devices can receive web push alerts.

You can now download Artwork vector files in additional formats, including PDF, EPS, and DXF, alongside SVG. This gives your team more flexibility when handing files off to design and fabrication workflows.

You can now thicken selected channel letters and supported SVG artwork directly in the editor with an adjustable outward contour. The original artwork stays separate, counters can be preserved, and the edited geometry carries through to saved files, dimensions, and mockups.

Vuely now includes an org-wide Gallery for completed mockups, site photos, and section details. Find past work faster, or use Gallery as a polished portfolio view when showing prospects similar projects.

Vuely now lets backers and cabinets/light boxes follow the shape of their artwork, so the contour is visible in the editor before you generate a mockup. You can review and adjust the shape, offset, color, and other settings while designing, and your saved sign keeps that contour when reopened.

You can now lock artwork size after selecting it, helping prevent accidental resizing while moving pieces around. This is especially useful on smaller canvases and mobile devices.

You can now fill enclosed artwork regions with a solid color and recolor matching artwork parts while preserving other details.

You can now optionally enhance supported raster artwork before vectorizing it. This can help improve blurry or low-resolution uploads, while keeping the original file intact.

You can now cut an SVG into two with the new Splice tool, making it easier to split designs when you need a scissor-tab style edit.

• Fullscreen editing: Expand the editor for more space to position artwork, adjust sizes, and work on your sign layout. • Zoom and pan: Zoom in for small adjustments and move around the canvas without changing your artwork’s size or position. • Expanded measurement diagrams: Open diagrams in a larger view and inspect dimensions for the full assembly, individual elements, groups, or characters. • Consistent dimensions: The editor, measurement diagrams, pricing, and proposals use the same physical dimensions.

Research sign requirements before they become redesigns. Choose your sign families, confirm the jurisdiction and zoning, and Vuely builds a structured, source-backed report covering permits, dimensions, illumination, engineering, and more. Bring relevant findings into mockups and proposals—so your team can quote with better context and fewer late-stage surprises.

We've added new color libraries for various sign materials, including translucent films from ORACAL, Arlon, and 3M, as well as GemTrim and return coil options. This provides a wider selection of accurate, manufacturer-specific colors for your sign designs.
