Photo cleanup now removes whole signs by default

Photo cleanup now removes entire business signs by default, including letters, cabinets, raceways, backers, mounting hardware, monuments, and pylons. Traffic, parking, accessible parking signs, address numbers, and flags stay in place. If you only want to remove the sign faces, you can still choose that option from the cleanup menu.
