Add face vinyl options for channel letter faces

You can now set Face vinyl on channel letter faces as None, Translucent, Digital print, or Day/night film. Use it when the face has white acrylic with a translucent film or a digital print vinyl overlay. If no vinyl is set, the face still shows as before.
