Enhanced Proposal Editor: New Export Options, Layout, and Backgrounds

We've significantly upgraded the proposal editor with new export quality options, including High Resolution and Watermarked Drafts. You can now set PDF files as page backgrounds and easily switch between portrait and landscape orientations. Starting new proposals is also smoother with an improved empty-page experience.
